There are benefits for hearts, bones, joints, muscles, and brains - in fact, every part of your body - as well as a boost for mental health when perimenopause creeps up. Did you know menopause can be a gateway to chronic health conditions - cardio-vascular disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and more, in post-menopausal women?

So, that’s the bad news. The good news is that once we’re aware, we can put some preventative health strategies in place! But it can be tough to find informed support that comes from a place of knowledge. How much more beneficial could it be to be treated, trained by or work out with someone who’s invested time and energy into understanding how to meet your specific needs? Well, now you can!

What is Menopause Movement?

It’s a training platform for health and fitness professionals who want to provide relevant and appropriate services to the women they work with. Going into menopause women’s bodies change as their key hormones duck and dive. What’s worked, or been relevant before, is no longer so. It’s time for a change!

The Menopause Movement platform shares evidence-backed information that could be transformative for women looking for the right information, treatment and training, through all stages of menopause. At this major junction in a woman’s life, she needs to be secure in the knowledge that what she’s doing is right, safe and relevant for her age and ability.
