LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY

NO WAIVER

If you breach the TOS and we take no immediate action against you, that does not prevent us from taking action later on and our not taking action against you in respect of one breach will not preclude us from taking action in response to any subsequent breach by you.

COMPLAINTS AND THE GOVERNING LAW

If you have a complaint about us email, hotflushinfo@gmail.com, giving full details of your complaint, your full name, email address and contact details and we will do what we reasonably can to address and resolve your complaint. The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes in any way relating to this Site and/or the Content.
