A study conducted by HR platform CircleIn in partnership with Victoria Women’s Trust found that 1/8 of women actually leave their jobs due to the severity of their menopause symptoms.

The total cost of fully replacing a staff member with someone of the same quality is £30,614 according to an HR review. This takes into account logistical hiring costs, loss of output, and training required.

These statistics allow us to build a general estimate of the number of employees within your company who might be at risk of leaving their jobs and losing productive output due to a lack of menopause support in your company.
